Can décor be installed outdoors in Houston heat/humidity?
Yes—with a plan. We use high-quality latex, air-filled designs, secure anchoring, and protective finishes. Shade/earlier setup recommended in summer.
Can you match my colors exactly?
Absolutely. Share your HEX/Pantone values or mood board. We custom-blend balloon tones and layer textures for a refined match.
What’s your deposit and cancellation policy?
A 30% non-refundable retainer reserves your date; balance due 7 days prior. Reschedules subject to availability.
Do you remove décor and handle cleanup?
Yes—teardown is included when specified in your quote. We never release balloons outdoors and dispose of materials responsibly.
How long does setup take?
Smaller installs: 60–120 minutes. Full room styling/ceiling drape: 3–5 hours with multiple crew.
